As a Brand Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our dynamic marketing campaigns, creating unforgettable in-person experiences and driving our clients' success. You’ll use your communication skills and charisma to connect with people, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions. Your energy and enthusiasm will help elevate brands and drive sales in both established and emerging markets.

Our Brand Representatives focus on:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in local neighborhoods, residential areas, promotional events at major retail stores, and other campaigns, building meaningful connections with our audience. Your goal? Make a lasting impression and help them find what they need!
• Use your talents to showcase our clients' brands, offer personalized recommendations, and guide customers to the perfect product or service.
• Use qualified client-provided leads to establish connections with key decision-makers and close those sales with confidence.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and make sure customers have a memorable experience from start to finish.
• Work with your teammates to create exciting sales strategies and keep up with the latest trends.

Who we are looking for:

• You’re 18+, enthusiastic, and ready to jumpstart your career in marketing and sales.
• If you’ve dabbled in sales, customer service, or marketing, that’s awesome - but we’re more interested in your drive and willingness to learn!
• You know how to talk to people, listen, and build strong relationships.
• You are a professional with strong working ethics.
• You can roll solo or collaborate with the team - it’s all about the results!
• A personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license are a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
• Must be able to work in-person and commute to our Victoria, BC office.
• You’re available to work full-time hours and eager to dive into the action.
