As our new Sales Associate, your contributions as a member of our sales team are crucial to achieving our mission of excellence! You will work in a team-oriented atmosphere that values and rewards your expertise, dedication, and creativity!
Our Sales Associates are experts at:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities within assigned areas
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through personalized in-person and phone interactions
- Presenting our comprehensive range of products/services to potential clients and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations while explaining the value proposition of our products/services
- Negotiating contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales goals
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve overall sales objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Communicating customer feedback to the product development team to continuously improve our offerings
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, and/or communications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Strong motivation to enhance negotiation, communication, and sales skills
- Willingness to travel to our Victoria office
- Full-time availability
