Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, quality kitchen
Strong knowledge of various cooking disciplines - Pasta, Grill, Garde Manger
Ability to work on feet for long periods of time
Available to work weekends and evenings
A culinary school diploma is an asset however, not required
Must have a valid working permit
