Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in designing and managing work flow processes, assisting staff assisting staff whom are stationed at multiple locations, and organizing records and stock. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in advanced administrative support, including developing and managing workflow processes, optimizing records management procedures, and assisting with operational support for staff across multiple locations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
The key accountabilities for the Operations Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Managing all incoming calls, directing inquiries, and ensuring professional reception service.
Carrying out general administrative tasks, including filing, document management, data entry, and systemic archiving of contractual data.
Updating computer records and keeping accurate filing.
Preparing and maintaining residential files by compiling reports from data provided by the Residential team and sourced from relevant databases.
Office Facility organization
Staff and facility calendar management
Duties include but not limited to:
Reviewing office procedure documents
Assisting in AR and AP processing
Assist in support and training of staff in management software and Workspace
Document design
Equipment Requisition
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Understanding of residential property management is an advantage
Basic understanding of accounting
Proficiency in property management software is an asset
Strong English communication skills - both verbal and written
Clear Criminal Record Check as this is a position of trust

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $60,000
