TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the most trusted names within the HVAC space in North America. Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. They are in search of a Customer Service/Warehouse individual for their Victoria office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales rep's within the office in selling HVAC products to new and existing customers. This individual should have great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities include:
- Answering customer phone calls and assisting where needed.
- Assisting the Sales Rep in tracking shipments/orders and notifying customers.
- Generating submittal packages for the Sales Rep
- Placing factory orders or third party orders as required by the Sales Rep.
- Utilizing Internal and other suppliers' software.
- Preparing pricing information required by the Sales Department.
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
The Warehouse responsibilities will include:
- Shipping and Receiving
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area. Efficiently carrying out all orders.
Working in accordance with all safety regulations.
Maintain proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Proficiency with the use of computers, including Word, Excel, MS Outlook and good data entry skills
- Excellent customer service / communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. The ability to work as part of a team.
