Job Dental Practice Manager, Victoria

Dental Practice Manager – Victoria, BC.Start Date: ASAP.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. An established and highly respected dental practice in beautiful Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run, fast-paced clinic with 10 operatories, 3 dentists, and 7 RDHs. What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of dental clinic experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
• Experience with Tracker software (an asset).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $40–$47/hour (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop office staff to meet patient needs and uphold clinic standards.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, while overseeing other HR functions.
• Collaborate with the Lead Dentist and Regional Director to develop and implement growth strategies.
