Job Summary:
The EPM Architect Level 2 will provide expert guidance and support for the Ministry of Finance's Budgeting and Forecasting Project, which involves implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Services. The architect will review designs, provide recommendations, and offer technical support to the internal team. This role requires extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions, particularly in workforce planning, financial planning, narrative reporting, EPM integration, data management, and Groovy scripting. Location: Remote, N/A, N/A, Canada, Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on the EPM product to the Budgeting and Forecasting Team.
- Review and update design documents and decisions.
- Provide options and make recommendations on design, architecture, and integrations.
- Offer insights and leading practices based on interactions with similar clients/jurisdictions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the team.
- Lead multi-discipline analysis and design teams.
- Integrate existing IT assets into new solutions. Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Services (previously Hyperion).
- Experience with Workforce Planning.
- Experience with Financials Planning.
- Experience with Narrative Reporting.
- Experience with EPM Integration.
- Experience with data management.
- Experience with Groovy scripting.
- Experience leading multi-discipline analysis and design teams. Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience working in a complex IT environment and/or public sector.
- Understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting business processes. Special Considerations:
- Travel to Victoria may be required approximately once every two months. Scheduling:
- The contract is expected to start on August 18, 2025, and end on March 31, 2026, with a possible extension of up to 1 year.
- Must be available to start within 2 weeks of selection.
